KL-004
The FSKEJU KL-004 12-LED dental oral light is designed for use with compatible dental chairs and dental units. It combines adjustable illumination, a 4000–5700K color temperature range and sensor control in a chairside lighting system for routine dental treatment environments.
With an illuminance range of 8,000–55,000 lux, 36W rated power and AC12–24V input, the KL-004 provides adjustable lighting for different chairside requirements. The light spot measures 80 × 160 mm at a working distance of 700 mm.

KL-004 Product Snapshot
Model: KL-004
Light Source: 12 LEDs
Illuminance: 8,000–55,000 lux
Color Temperature: 4000–5700K
Power: 36W
Input Voltage: AC12–24V
Spot Size: 80 × 160 mm at 700 mm
Control: Sensor
The KL-004 provides an illuminance range from 8,000 to 55,000 lux. The adjustable light-output range allows the operating light to be set according to different chairside lighting requirements rather than operating at one fixed intensity.
For equipment selection, illuminance should be considered together with working distance, light-spot dimensions, positioning range and the ambient lighting conditions of the treatment room. The KL-004 uses an 80 × 160 mm light spot at a 700 mm working distance, providing a useful reference when planning lamp positioning.
Lighting Specification Note
Illuminance alone does not describe every aspect of an operating light. If your project requires additional specifications such as color rendering index, shadow performance, light-field depth or LED service-life data, please contact our team for the applicable KL-004 technical information before including these values in a tender or purchase specification.
The KL-004 provides a color temperature range of 4000–5700K, allowing the appearance of the chairside light to be adjusted within the specified range according to treatment and operator requirements.
Color temperature and color rendering are separate lighting characteristics. A color rendering index (CRI) value is not included in the specifications shown here. If your project requires a documented CRI value, please contact our team for the applicable technical information.
The KL-004 includes sensor control, providing an additional operating interface for chairside light adjustment. Sensor-based operation can reduce the need for repeated direct interaction with conventional lamp controls during routine use.
If your installation requires details such as sensing distance, activation method or control sequence, please contact our team for the applicable KL-004 operating information.
The KL-004 provides an 80 × 160 mm light spot at a working distance of 700 mm. The relationship between spot size and working distance provides a reference when positioning the lamp relative to the oral treatment area.
When integrating the light with a dental chair, the lamp-arm movement and mounting arrangement should allow the light head to be positioned appropriately for the intended treatment workflow. Mounting and arm compatibility should therefore be considered together with the optical specifications.
The KL-004 is rated at 36W with an AC12–24V input. These electrical requirements should be checked against the dental unit or intended installation before connecting the light.
For replacement installations, matching the physical mounting structure alone is not sufficient. The existing dental unit's lamp power supply, wiring and control arrangement should also correspond with the requirements of the replacement light.
The KL-004 combines 12 LEDs, 8,000–55,000 lux adjustable illumination, 4000–5700K color temperature, 36W rated power, AC12–24V input and sensor control for dental chair lighting applications.

For a new dental-unit project or replacement-light requirement, both electrical and mechanical compatibility should be checked before ordering. A dental light that looks similar externally may use a different mounting interface, arm structure or electrical connection.
✓ Dental unit model: provide the manufacturer and model when the KL-004 is intended as a replacement light.
✓ Input voltage: check that the intended installation provides an electrical supply compatible with AC12–24V.
✓ Mounting interface: review the lamp mounting and connection dimensions required by the dental chair or lamp arm.
✓ Lamp-arm configuration: indicate whether the light head will be integrated with an existing arm or requires another mounting arrangement.
✓ Electrical connection: review wiring and control compatibility with the intended dental unit.
✓ Sensor functions: request the applicable operating information if sensing distance or specific sensor-control behavior is important to your installation.
✓ Required quantity: specify whether the requirement is for individual replacement, clinic installation or distributor purchasing.
When a dental operating light is replaced separately from the complete treatment unit, the original light assembly should be reviewed before removal. Relevant information includes the dental chair model, lamp-arm connection, electrical supply, wiring arrangement and control method.
If the original lamp model is unknown, photographs of the complete dental unit, existing light head, mounting joint and electrical connections can provide useful information for compatibility review.
For Replacement-Light Requests
Provide the dental unit model together with photos of the original light, mounting interface and electrical connection. Our team can use this information to review the installation requirements and identify an appropriate lighting configuration.
As a chairside component, the dental light should be included in the clinic's routine cleaning and equipment inspection process. Frequently contacted areas such as handles and control surfaces should be maintained according to the applicable operating instructions.
Cleaning chemicals should be compatible with the materials used on the lamp head, handles and surrounding components. Electrical connections, moving joints and the supporting arm should also be inspected according to the dental unit's maintenance requirements.
For clinic projects and dental equipment distribution, comparing dental lights only by LED count can overlook specifications that affect installation and daily use. Light output, color temperature, working distance, spot dimensions, electrical requirements and control method should be reviewed together.
