KJ-5EW
The FSKEJU KJ-5EW dental air compressor is a 90L oil-free compressed-air system designed for dental clinic applications. Its 90L receiver provides compressed-air storage for dental equipment installations where system capacity, simultaneous equipment use and air-distribution planning need to be considered together.
The KJ-5EW is part of our dental air compressor range for different clinic sizes and dental-unit configurations. Compressor selection should be based on actual airflow demand, required operating pressure, simultaneous equipment use and the planned air-distribution system.

KJ-5EW Product Snapshot
Model: KJ-5EW
Product Type: Oil-Free Dental Air Compressor
Tank Capacity: 90L
Application: Dental Clinic Compressed-Air Supply
Brand: FSKEJU
Manufacturer: Foshan Keju Medical Apparatus Co., Ltd.
The KJ-5EW uses an oil-free compression configuration for dental compressed-air applications. Lubricating oil is not used within the compression chamber as part of the normal compression process.
Oil-free compressor technology is commonly selected for dental equipment air-supply systems where the compressor, receiver, filtration, moisture management and distribution lines need to operate as one complete system.
Air-Quality Note
Oil-free compressor design does not by itself define every compressed-air quality parameter at the dental chair. Intake conditions, filtration, moisture management, receiver maintenance and piping should also be considered when planning the complete air-supply system.
The KJ-5EW is equipped with a 90L air receiver tank. The receiver stores compressed air and provides a buffer between compressor output and changing air demand from connected dental equipment.
A larger receiver can be useful in clinic systems with higher or more variable compressed-air demand, but tank volume should not be used as the only compressor-sizing criterion.
Rated airflow, operating pressure, simultaneous equipment consumption and clinic operating patterns should be evaluated together when selecting the appropriate compressor configuration.
The KJ-5EW is intended for dental clinic applications where compressed air is required to support compatible dental treatment equipment.
In installations where multiple pieces of dental equipment share one compressed-air source, compressor sizing becomes particularly important because several treatment stations may create demand at the same time.
The appropriate number of connected dental chairs should be determined according to the airflow requirements of the proposed equipment, simultaneous-use conditions and the applicable KJ-5EW technical specification. Please contact our team if compressor sizing support is required for a clinic project.
Do Not Size a Compressor by Tank Capacity Alone
A 90L receiver does not by itself determine how many dental chairs a compressor can support. Rated airflow, operating pressure and simultaneous air demand should also be considered when determining system capacity.
Before selecting a compressor for a clinic project, evaluate the expected compressed-air requirement of the complete installation rather than relying only on a general chairs-per-compressor description.
✓ Number of dental chairs: identify how many treatment units will share the air supply.
✓ Equipment airflow: check the compressed-air consumption specified for each dental unit and air-driven instrument.
✓ Simultaneous use: consider how many treatment stations may require compressed air at the same time.
✓ Required pressure: verify the air-pressure requirement at the dental-unit inlet.
✓ Pipe layout: consider distribution length, pipe diameter, fittings and potential pressure loss.
✓ Future expansion: include additional treatment rooms when future clinic expansion is part of the project plan.
The KJ-5EW is a 90L oil-free dental air compressor for clinic compressed-air applications. Detailed operating specifications are available according to project and ordering requirements.

When compressor noise is an important factor in a clinic project, a measured sound level in decibels provides a more useful comparison than general terms such as “silent” or “low noise.”
Please contact our team for the applicable KJ-5EW noise specification when acoustic performance is part of the equipment-selection requirement.
Compressor location, distance from treatment rooms, ventilation openings, room construction and vibration transmission can also influence the sound experienced inside the clinic after installation.
A clinic compressor should be installed where there is suitable ventilation, access for maintenance and an appropriate route for the compressed-air distribution system.
For larger clinic systems, compressor placement should be coordinated with the dental-chair layout before installation. Long pipe runs, multiple fittings and undersized distribution lines can increase pressure loss between the compressor and treatment units.
Electrical supply and protective devices should be selected according to the KJ-5EW electrical configuration supplied for the project.
Although the KJ-5EW uses an oil-free compressor design, the complete compressed-air system still requires routine inspection and maintenance.
Maintenance requirements may include inspection of the receiver tank, drainage system, filters, air connections, compressor components, ventilation and electrical system according to the applicable operating instructions.
For maintenance planning, please contact our team for the applicable operating documentation and spare-parts information for the ordered KJ-5EW configuration.
✓ Technical specifications: review the rated power, airflow, pressure and noise specification for the ordered configuration.
✓ Dental chair quantity: determine the number of treatment units that will share the compressed-air supply.
✓ Actual air consumption: provide treatment-unit specifications when compressor sizing needs to be reviewed.
✓ Voltage and frequency: specify the electrical configuration required for the destination market.
✓ Installation layout: consider compressor location, ventilation, service access and compressed-air piping.
✓ Packing information: request dimensions and gross weight when these details are required for freight planning.
